SEBI Digital Accessibility Circular (SEBI/HO/ITD-1/ITD_VIAP/P/CIR/2025/111 dated July 31, 2025) and its clarification circular from December 8, 2025. These circulars mandate that all SEBI regulated entities (including stock brokers) must make their websites/digital platforms WCAG 2.1 compliant under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act, 2016, with a compliance deadline of March 31, 2026.
